Reservations Cancellations/No Shows

• Reservations must be paid in full to validate booking.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel/amend reservations in case of no show/suspicion of fraud.
• Changes/cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to arrival to validate a refund.

Breakfast

Complimentary English breakfast for one is included in room rate, additional persons will be charged.

Extra Bed

The hotel doesn't provide extra beds.

Pets

No pets are allowed on the property.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the rooms. If violated, the hotel will ask for a fine.

Noise Policy

The hotel asks for guests' understanding not to disturb other guests; if violated, suspension without a refund may ensue.
